Welcome to The Enid Insider

The newsletter with inside buzz on Enid

Hey BuzzHeads! First let me say thank you so much for signing up! I have revamped the old newsletter and renamed it The Enid Insider. I’ll keep you updated with the latest news, interesting articles and the top events going on around Enid. I may even drop a rumor or two that I wouldn’t want to post online.

My fear is that one day Facebook could delete the Enid Buzz page for no apparent reason and I’d be left without an easy way to keep you updated on the latest buzz. This newsletter will keep us connected without social media controlling its content or availability.

Don’t forget that Enid Buzz is way more than a Facebook page! The website EnidBuzz.com has been online since 2005 and is updated with new information daily. From articles and press releases to jobs and obits, I’ll continue to keep you informed.

We’ve Got A Podcast!

The BuzzHead Radio podcast is picking up steam. Curtis Tucker and Todd Wheeler started BuzzHead Radio several years ago as a morning talk radio show on their online radio station. Feeling they were ahead of their time they have scaled back the daily live show to just a weekly podcast for now.

The podcast is centered around the biggest events happening nationally and all of the things going on around Enid. Listen to interviews with local guests, business owners and celebrities coming to town.

We’ve got an interesting episode coming up with Stephen Jones talking about one of Enid’s most notorious murder cases. Stay tuned!

BuzzHead Radio can be found on most all major podcasting platforms or you can go directly to BuzzHead Radio Podcast. Let me know if you have a show idea!

Thanks to Enid Auto Body for sponsoring the podcast!

Who’s Ready For A Treasure Hunt?

The 1st Annual Great Adventure Treasure Hunt is still in the works for this Spring/Summer! I'll soon release clues to finding ten hidden coins that will be worth $100 each! Find one or find them all! You’ll get bragging rights plus $100 for each coin found. Stay tuned for details!

I’m looking for ten businesses to sponsor the hunt and be a destination spot for a treasure clue. Your company will be on all promotions as part of the event as well. The cost is $300. Email [email protected] for one of the ten spots.
