Fireworks Tonight at Meadowlake

The City of Enid will have its annual Independence Day Holiday Fireworks show tonight at Meadowlake Park. The rain date for tonight is Saturday, July 11.

Kiwanis Club Rides: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Train Stop Express Concessions: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Miniature Golf & Sno Cones: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Enid Symphony Orchestra: 8:30 p.m.
Fireworks: Dusk to 9:30 p.m.

LOCAL NEWS

New Elementary School Hours

Senate Bill 1481 increases the minimum amount of daily recess to 40 minutes for elementary school students and those in full-day kindergarten programs.

Due to the recent change in Oklahoma law, EPS elementary schools will now be in session from 7:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for drop off. Pre-K will be in session from 7:50 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.

Vance To Be Home for T-7A Training System

Congressman Frank Lucas praised the fact that Vance Air Force Base has been selected as the fourth T-7A Main Operating Base, bringing a major investment and the next generation of pilot training to Enid. Security National Bank Debit Cards & Jobs

Your new Security National Bank of Enid debit card will be arriving soon. There are new features on your new debit card and newly expanded surcharge free ATM Allpoint network that features over 55,000 ATMs nationwide.

Expect to receive your new debit card before July 13th, 2026. Continue to use your existing card until that date.

Join pilots from surrounding airports as they fly-in and have breakfast on Saturday, July 18. The public is invited to watch them come in and land, have breakfast and watch them take-off. Stop by and check out the airport terminal and Barnstormers restaurant! Fly-ins and all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet takes place from 7:30am to 10:00am. $10.99 for breakfast ($5.99 for kids 12 and under).

• AUGUST 1
Painted Sky Festival is just over 3 weeks away! Are you ready for 60+ ART vendors? Plenty of delicious food trucks? A Kids Zone and water games?! Family Fun?! How about two stages of live music?! August 1st, 12pm-11pm. The Festival is completely FREE!
