It’s Van Buren Cruise Weekend

The Van Buren Cruise is here! Tonight cruise from 7:00pm-11:30pm and stop by the Chisholm Trail Professional Building next to McDonald's and pre-register for the Car Show and buy a shirt.

Attend the Car Show Saturday, June 15 from 4-7pm at the Chisholm Trail Professional Building, 102 S Van Buren. Saturday night cruise from 7:00pm-11:30pm.

Enjoy Summer Chautauqua

TODAY, workshops for Summer Chautauqua will still be held at the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center, but, due to extreme heat, this evening’s programming will take place INSIDE at Northwestern Oklahoma State University- Enid Campus! (2929 E. RANDOLPH, 73701). The last performance will be Saturday night. TONIGHT:

Girls Day Out Shopping Event

U-Pick Berries & Flowers

It’s u-pick time at Red Bird Farm! Go pick farm fresh blackberries, lavender, sunflowers, and zinnias with us Saturday, June 15th, from 8am-12pm & 5pm-8pm. Just grab a bucket inside the barn, go pick, and come back in to pay. They send you home with take home containers.

Blackberries are $5.50/lb. For flowers, grab a jar & snippers in the barn.

Woodring Fly-In - Join pilots from surrounding airports as they fly-in and have breakfast on Saturday, June 15. The public is invited to watch them come in and land, have breakfast and watch them take-off at Woodring Airport. Stop by and check out the airport terminal and Barnstormers restaurant! Fly-ins and all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast takes place from 7:30am to 10:00am. $10.99 for breakfast ($5.99 for kids 12 and under).

Shredding Event - Stop by the free shred event on June 15 from 9 a.m. to noon in the parking lot south of the drive-thru at Security National Bank, 201 W. Maine. The event is free and open to the public.

Farmers Market - Rowdy Stickhorse, 626 S. Hoover. Rain or Shine the market will open. Saturdays from 8am - Noon (NO EARLY SALES).
